Team Wonder is committed to continued professional growth for our clinical teams. This means supervision, on-going training, flexible work schedule, autonomy, creative clinical work, and room for advancement.  Wonder is looking for coaches to provide in-home and community-based treatment centered in a holistic and integrative family systems approach.

Parent Coach

The function of the Parent Coach is to provide therapeutic support for parents and provide them the tools needed to achieve sustained higher functionality. Must work closely with Clinical Team Leader and Individual Coach to provide support for the entire family.

Individual Coach

The function of the individual therapist would be working with the adolescent or young adult client to achieve sustained higher functionality. A strong ability to work and communicate effectively with the co-therapist. Therapists and coaches must work closely with Clinical Team Leader and Parent Coach to provide support for the entire family.
