Meet Cristina Reyeros (she/her), a certified Professional Coach with 16 years of experience in psychology and life coaching. Cristina is a seasoned coach with a humanistic approach, dedicated to solution-based coaching and fostering positive change.
Since 2018, Cristina has been a valued member of the Wonder community, specializing in working with parents to navigate family dynamics and transitions. Her coaching provides a supportive space for parents to process concerns, assess parenting styles, and enhance relationships with their children.
In her downtime, Cristina enjoys the majority of her time with her 9-year-old son, indulging in a shared passion for art and the outdoors. Together, they explore new adventures, move their bodies outdoors, and find quiet moments to create through art.
Nigel is a clinician who’s experience of collaborating with families spans 16 years. With the last seven of those years being clinically and therapeutically focused. Nigel has spent the last 5 years as an individual coach in the community helping young adults and adolescents transition home following different kinds of out of home placements. He has worked with clients struggling with a variety of diagnosis ranging from depression and anxiety to substance abuse. Nigel’s current work in the field of special education provides him a unique perspective when working with clients that have an Individualized Education Program (IEP). He fells this really helps them understand and navigate not just their environment but, the world they are connected to.
Chelsea holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University in Boulder, CO. Chelsea loves working with adolescents and has done so in various capacities over the past 8 years – most recently she worked as a play therapist and also led support groups at an eating disorder treatment center.
Chelsea has a passion for helping people feel seen, heard, and validated in their lived experiences. She holds space for and believes in the innate goodness of all people. Chelsea provides guidance, support, and therapeutic techniques to foster growth in her clients while continually redirecting them back to their own inner wisdom and truth. You’ll find Chelsea using expressive arts, mindfulness, gestalt therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT, & CBT during sessions. Chelsea loves bringing creativity and play into the healing journey when appropriate!
In her free time, you’ll find Chelsea dancing, scouting out an NYC adventure with her husband, hiking or biking, and most definitely cuddling with her 3 cats.
Tyler earned a Master’s Degree in General Theoretical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. For the past 10 years she has actively worked with young children and adolescents currently in Specialized Child Care, and previously through the State of New Jersey referral programs as a Behavioral Assistant. Tyler holds certifications from New Jersey Children’s System of Care for Behavioral Assistant, Clinical High Risk for Psychosis & First Episodes in Youth & Young
Adults, Positive Behavior Support, Infusing Practice with Cultural Competence and Safety. Additionally she earned a Certification in Mindfulness Meditation for Children K-12 from Little Flower Yoga.
Tyler’s professional and personal goals are driven by a deep sense of purpose to help vulnerable individuals and communities. Her methods consist of but are not limited to: building meaningful rapport and connections; teaching and reinforcing positive emotional regulation skills; promoting healthy strategies for dealing with conflict, stress, and setbacks; all while providing emotional support with objectivity utilizing active listening. Other methods include: validating healthy and appropriate reactions; encouraging sitting with discomforting emotions in a safe space; countering assumptions with evidence; providing psycho-education; and providing behavior modifications as needed. These methods have developed trusting bonds with children and adolescents who have shown
measurable improvements in their school and family life.
Tyler’s personal time is fulfilled by spending time loving her cats, creating art, including
crocheting, drawing, painting, and tie dying, reading, rock climbing, and when possible the
occasional hike to enjoy nature.
Diane practicing counselor, national speaker, educator, and certified positive psychology coach, has her master’s degree in counseling and is an adjunct at Montclair State University in the Undergraduate Psychology Department. She has written three books, and has been featured in various publications, and on TV and Internet shows. Diane speaks on various mental and emotional health
topics including Happiness, Resiliency, Stress management, Parenting Positive Aging, Anxiety, and Depression in both teens and adults. Diane also specializes in Positive Psychology Positive Education and Positive Parenting.
Diane has written three books, her latest is Mindfully Happy- Waking up to life. As an expert in her field, Lang has been featured in The Daily Record, Family Circle, Family Magazine, Working Mother Magazine, Seen on NJ 12 TV, Good Day CT, Style CT, CBS News and Fox and Friends. Thousands of individuals have benefited from Diane’s motivational and educational speaking, trainings, and coaching. Her Hands-on approach along with her background, education and experience has proven to be beneficial to all who attend her presentation.
Chris holds a master’s degree in social work with a clinical focus from Silberman School of
Social Work at Hunter College. He has spent the last seven years working with youth in a variety of therapeutic settings. Chris believes that youth engagement is a core piece of his therapeutic practice. He utilizes a multi-integrative approach to his work, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy to address the complex mental health concerns of his clients. Chris also incorporates culture, person in environment and trauma-informed care into his clinical work. As a clinician, he prioritizes creating and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all clients. He deeply values the vulnerability and strength each client brings into the therapeutic space as they embark on their journey towards healing and growth. As an avid lover of coffee, music, and the arts, Chris encourages and welcomes the whole person into the room.
Sarah Raccuglia holds her masters in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University with a focus on learning and development in both adults and children. She has had both corporate, school and private experiences with clients in 1:1, group, team, student and leadership capacities. She worked for a corporate start up where she led virtual and in-person curriculum for staff as well as clients where she had to focus on a range of topics that ranged from more technical to more soft skills. Due to the nature of this fast moving role, she had to discover strengths, strategize efficiencies, set goals and maintain her ancillary role as a values based culture carrier to the company all at once. This reflects her teaching style which is creative, engaging , adaptable and based on developing insight. She also has experience in experiential learning as she worked for a game based learning consultancy as well. She has obtained other certifications including a psychometric based brain and behavior, “Thinking Styles” assessment ( NBI), a certificate in Emotional, Social and Cultural Intelligence, an Advanced Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Transformative Mediation, and is privileged to teach content as a facilitator of Brene Brown’s Dare to Lead program. Now, she is consulting on learning and development for small business owners, facilitating workshops, designing courses, educating on instructional design, training and more.
Sarah’s primary master’s was geared toward working with adults , leaders and teams on executive coaching competencies such as social and emotional intelligence, communication, accountability, process, behavior tracking, business and life development, goals, conflict resolution, creative thinking, relationship nurturing, wellness, leadership development, sales, and career development. However, she has also worked with students, teens and college aged clients on self awareness, life skills, college prep, tutoring, relationship skills and more. She has worked in after school programs, camp counseling and privately for students headed to college. She currently has gone back to Columbia University to learn more about gifted and twice exceptional education so she can focus on creative and inclusive methodology needed to work with neurodiverse talent and functioning.
Sarah is particularly intuitive , loving and also direct with analyzing and understanding someone’s traits and trends. She considers herself a holistic practitioner that incorporates metaphors, philosophy and even pop culture into psycho education. She has an affinity for animals and their behaviors and spends a lot of time traveling to learn more about nature and the wild. Her role model is Jane Goodall.
John (he/him) got his start in the mental health field in 2015 working as a wilderness field guide at a program for dual-diagnosis young adults. This is where he began working with clients on their clinical goals and being a part of the treatment team. After he wrapped up his time in the woods, John spent the next 5 years on staff at a therapeutic boarding school for dual-diagnosis adolescents ranging in ages 12-17. John held various roles from mentor, Student Life Director, Program Director and finished his time there as Outreach Director. The program was a true-to-life model where the students spent most of their time in the community doing various activities. John made it a priority to have sessions with his students out and about so that these learned life skills would be transferable back home. Most recently, he worked at a young adult transitional program in Chicago which was based on the seven dimensions of wellness coaching model. The young people John worked with were looking to enter college, the work force, or take a gap year. Currently, he works at a short-term residential treatment center for teens with various mental health struggles.
John’s extensive background allows him to connect with a wide array of young people to help them feel inspired. He enjoys walking alongside his clients as they make the subtle adjustments in their daily routines which moves them towards the end goal of what they want their lives to look like.
In his free time John can be found playing volleyball, working out, attending live music or exploring all that New York has to offer.
